Materials such as river sand, used in construction, have a high demand, and thus generate great environmental impacts while being extracted, erosion of the rivers banks your siltation. With increasing restriction sand extraction which can reduction product's offer civil construction sector, it is necessary to develop waste recycling technologies for production sands with less impact. One alternatives mortar replacement extracted from by other industries, electronics industry that presents large growing worldwide, due technological advances. Thus, this work aims evaluate influence partial quartz lightweight aggregate based non-metallic fraction printed circuit boards (NMFPCB's) on properties cementitious matrix fresh hardened states. For this, electronic components (PCBs) were removed, they grinded then through magnetic electrostatic separation processes separate most valuable abundant part metals. The water cement ratio was 0.48 all experiments, Portland 1:3 (in mass) control, mortars NMFPCB's volume 25% 50% also made. These characterized mechanically axial compressive strength test at different ages. results showed increase substitution there consistency index state.
